Information security

Principle

This website does not set cookies, stores nothing on your device, creates no user profiles and embeds no third-party tracking. We serve fonts and images from our own server – visiting the site does not establish a connection to any other provider.

Contact form

If you contact us via the form, we process the data you provide – name, venue or company, email address, your message and the subject of your enquiry – solely to respond to your enquiry. The data is transmitted in encrypted form; it reaches us as an email via our business email service at Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). We do not pass it on to third parties or use it for advertising.

If you write to us directly at hallo@ortavio.com instead, the same applies to your email.

Hosting and server log data

This website and the contact form are operated on Microsoft Azure (West Europe region). When the site is accessed, log data is generated for technical reasons (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed). It is used solely for secure operation and error analysis and is not combined with other data. The content of form submissions does not appear in this log data.

Disclosure abroad

The services named above – Microsoft 365 and Azure – may process data outside Switzerland. In doing so, we rely on providers that are subject to adequate data protection or that provide contractual safeguards within the meaning of the Federal Act on Data Protection.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have in particular the right to information about the data processed concerning you, and to its rectification, erasure and disclosure. You may also object to processing. A short message to hallo@ortavio.com is enough – we will get back to you.
