Ortavio.Care puts the reservation picture straight onto the floor team’s tablet. Room status is derived from the PMS instead of being maintained twice, and reception sees live when a room is ready.
What’s inside.
Control centre. Cleaning tasks by priority and departures, assigned to the team automatically.
Minibar. Consumption recorded in the room, posted as an F&B item straight to the guest folio.
Discrepancy report. HK status is checked against expected occupancy (skip/sleep), with follow-up routed to reception.
Faults & laundry. Report a defect with a photo, and the job goes to maintenance.
